Refund & Return Policy
At Elira Perfumes, your satisfaction is as important to us as your signature scent. If you are not completely pleased with your purchase, we are here to assist you with a seamless return or exchange process.
1. Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your perfume must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unused, and in its original premium packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety regulations surrounding luxury personal care products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been unsealed, sprayed, or used. Additionally, gift cards and promotional items marked as 'Final Sale' are non-returnable.
✨ Sample First: We recommend trying our discovery sets or sample vials before purchasing full-sized bottles to ensure you love the fragrance profile.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, you can contact our concierge team. If your return is accepted, we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. Refunds & Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your returned perfume, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed on your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
5. Damaged or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged during transit, or if you receive the wrong fragrance, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right immediately.
